First Steps: Process

Initial consultation could be in person or a virtual meeting.

It is to discuss what changes you would to make and what you would like your home to become. These processes lead to the transformation of your spaces and ultimately your home. The end result reflects how you/ your family will best use the spaces you live and love to be in.

The process may include the following:

Construction Phase Design Includes:

▪ Selection of all specifications needed for the construction or renovation of a home, including selection of kitchen and bath fixtures, cabinetry and appliances, stone, tile and flooring, hardware, etc.

▪ Acting as a liaison between homeowner and contractor regarding the flow, coordination and timing of items needed on site for installation 

▪ Consulting with you the homeowner to then coordinate all on site contractors: architect, plumber, electrician, etc.

Interior Decoration may include:

▪ Design and selection of interior finishes, furniture, fabrics, window and wall treatments, color, lighting, floor coverings, cabinets, millwork and decorative accessories. **Consulting on a per hour basis as well.

▪ Space planning and floor plans

▪ Full service project management, site supervision, coordination and follow through

▪ Turn key installations,

**Health/home consults may include the above and various avenues of topics to resolve any issues experienced in, around/related to the home.
